Thanksgiving has come and gone once again. But mine was great. I went home Wednesday right after work. Cathy, Russell, and Crosby were at mom and dad's when I got there so I got to visit with them and my family for a while.
Thursday was the usual hustle and bustle of business and excitement. Mom and I cooked all morning, dad and seth went hunting, and the little girls played. Mrs Carolyn and Mr. Chris came over to have lunch with us. We had more food than we could have ever possibly have eaten. It was all delicious! Caleb and Destin came later in the afternoon and brought little Noah over. This was the first time I had met him - and I instantly fell in love! I didn't want to put him down.
Friday morning, mom and the little girls and I went shopping around town. Nothing too big, but it was fun. Later that day we decorated christmas trees and got the rest of the decorations out. I had planned to stay in Jackson until Sunday, but Caleb and Destin invited me to go to Auburn with them for the Auburn/Alabama game. We headed over to Dell and Stella's early Saturday morning and were there till Sunday. (Auburn won the game! 6 in a row!)
I headed back to Memphis early Sunday morning - I was very ready to get home and see Ben. I missed him a lot.
